Booking
On reservation we require 50% of the total cost as a deposit. A receipt will be sent to you confirming your booking together with an information pack. Once your deposit has been received you will have entered into a formal contract to complete your booking. The Balance of payment will be due 28 days prior to your arrival together with a £50 returnable fee for breakages and damage.
For bookings made with less than 28 days notice payment needs to be made in full together with the returnable £50 fee for damage and breakages. In the event of cancellation by you the deposit will only be refunded if we are able at short notice to re-let the accommodation for the full term.
Arrival after 2.00 p.m. Departure by 11.00 am. Changeover day Fridays, this can be adjusted by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
